NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 20, 2015, and entered in 08-CA-016315 DIV J of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR SRMOF REO 2011-1 TRUST is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM L. HODGE A/K/A LARRY HODGE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM L. HODGE A/K/A LARRY HODGE N/K/A GAYLE HODGE; STATE OF FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 10, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL OF LOT 26 AND THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 25, BLOCK 15, HAMPTON TERRACE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 129, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
