ANDERSON A/K/A FREDDIE ANDERSON, et al. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on April 10, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 22, Building P, FAIR OAKS SOUTH ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Record Book 3767, Page 1113, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 3, Page 30, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
