BOOK 5174, PAGE 1994, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, THE SAME BEING A PORTION OF LOTS 6 AND 7 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF BLOCK B, OF RESUBDIVISION OF BLOCKS “B” AND THE WEST 1/2 OF “C”, BAYWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
