NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2015, entered in Case No. 10-CA-011820 DIVISION M1 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for NovaStar Mortgage Funding Trust, Series 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and Anthony Holt Jr.; Crystal Holt; Anthony Holt Sr.; Brenda Holt; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 9th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, AND RUN THENCE EAST 165 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE RUN SOUTH 200 FEET, THENCE EAST 95 FEET; THENCE 10 FEET, THENCE EAST 215 FEET, THENCE NORTH 210 FEET AND THENCE WEST 310 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING LESS THE EAST 123 FEET THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
