NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated February 23, 2015, entered in Case No. 09-CA-032309 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein US Bank, N.A. Successor By Merger to the Leader Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Julio C Andrade; Unknown Spouse of Mary E Sanchez; Maria Restrepo; Mary E Sanchez; PRA III, LLC are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 10th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 74, BLOCK 62, TOWN N' COUNTRY PARK, UNIT NO. 26, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 57, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
