NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting the Motion to Reschedule the Foreclosure Sale Date entered in Civil Case No. 13-CA-008939 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, where in U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF CSMC MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5, is Plaintiff, and LENZO R. CANTY and SHARON CANTY, et al., are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County's On Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on APRIL 14, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following Property described in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, as set forth in said Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 31, TAMPA OVERLOOK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
