NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 26, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-CA-002905 DIV N, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF CHARLES E. CLARKE A/K/A WILLIAM GUERIN, DECEASED; VIRGINIA GUERIN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

THE EAST 120 FEET OF THE WEST 397.5 FEET OF THE SOUTH 122.15 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED TRACT: BEGINNING AT A POINT 433.7 FEET OF THE SOUTH OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN THENCE SOUTH 305.3 FEET, THENCE EAST 598.9 FEET, THENCE NORTH 722.4 FEET, THENCE NORTH 88°51' WEST 342.8 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 424 FEET, THENCE WEST 256.1 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. AND, THE SOUTH 20 FEET OF THE NORTH 759 FEET OF THE EAST 125 FEET OF THE WEST 402.5 FEET OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
