Final Judgment was awarded on February 26, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-CA-007852, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and DONNA MCCLURE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONNA MCCLURE; NORTHDALE PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, UNKNOWN TENANT 1, UNKNOWN TENANT 2, UNKNOWN TENANT 3, UNKNOWN TENANT 4, THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION are Defendants.

BEGINNING AT THE MOST WESTERLY CORNER OF THE SAID LOT 3 AND RUN THENCE NORTH 57 DEG. 22' 31” EAST, ALONG THE NORTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY OF THE SAID LOT 3 A DISTANCE OF 31.78 FEET; THENCE CROSSING THE SAID LOT 3 THE FOLLOWING THREE COURSES: (1) SOUTH 45 DEG. 22' 23” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 541.32 FEET; THENCE (2) SOUTH 44 DEG. 37' 37” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 7.00 FEET THENCE (3) SOUTH 45 DEG. 22' 23” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 41.76 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTHEASTERLY BOUNDARY OF THE AFORESAID LOT 3; THENCE ALONG SAID SOUTHEASTERLY BOUNDARY, 24.01 FEET; ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE TO THE LEFT HAVING A RADIUS OF 481.43 FEET AND A CHORD BEARING AND DISTANCE OF SOUTH 46 DEG. 03' 20” WEST, 24.01 FEET; THENCE NORTH 45 DEG. 22' 23” WEST, ALONG THE SOUTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY OF THE SAID LOT 3, A DISTANCE OF 589.50 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
