SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ENCORE BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO GUARDIAN SAVINGS BANK F/K/A GUARDIAN SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and, JIMENEZ, MARIA, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 14th day of April, 2015, the following described property:
