YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Apartment Number 8, (hereinafter referred to as “Apartment”) in the apartment building known as Drew Ridge Apartments B, located at 1221 Drew Street, Clearwater, Florida, 33755, pursuant to the legal description as follows:
Apartment 8 in the Drew Ridge Apartments B, Inc., a Florida co-operative, which said apartment is located in Pinellas County, Florida, on the following described real property
All that portion of Lot 8 and 9 of PADGETT T ESTATES SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in the Plat Book 4, Page 11, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, for the described as follows:
From the Southeast corner of Lot 8 of said PADGETT ESTATES SUBDIVISION; run West along the South line of said Lot 8, 208.26 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continue West along the South line of Lot 9 of PADGETT ESTATES SUBDIVISION; 208.26 feet; run thence North 00 degrees 50' 13” West along the West line of said Lot 9, 106.5 feet; and thence East 181.44 feet; run thence South 30 degrees 37.53 feet; run thence East 46.18 feet; run thence South 00 degrees 14' 19” East 74.00 feet along the East line of said Lot 9 to the Point of Beginning.

Green, the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1010 Drew Street, Clearwater, Florida 33755, on or before 4-17-15,2015 and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
