Parcel 1- A part of Lot 26 in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 20, Township 30 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas Groves, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, being further described as follows: Commence at the West One-Quarter corner of Section 20, Township 30 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida, for a point of reference; thence South 89006'22” East, along the East-West centerline of said Section 20, 666.14 feet thence North 00009'49” East, along the West Right-of-Way line of 135th Street North, 312.35 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence North 89003'46” West, 203.24 feet; thence South 00012'18” West, 39.40 feet; thence North 89006'22” West, 129.60 feet; thence North 00012'18” East 159.50 feet; thence South 89003'46” East, 332.76 feet to the aforesaid West Right-of-Way line of 135th Street North, thence South 00009'49” West, along said Right-of-Way line, 120.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Parcel 2 - A part of Lot 26 in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 20, Township 30 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas Groves, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, being further described as follows: Commence at the West One-Quarter corner of Section 20, Township 30 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida, for a point of reference; thence South 89006'22” East, along the East-West centerline of said Section 20, 666.14 feet thence North 00009'49” East, along the West Right-of-Way line of 135th Street North, 218.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence North 89006'22” West, 203.31 feet; thence North 00012'18” East, 94.50 feet; thence South 89003'46” East 203.24 feet to the aforesaid West Right-of-Way line of 135th Street North, thence South 00009'49” West, along said Right-of-Way line, 94.35 feet to the Point of Beginning.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on LINDSEY M. DAVIS, ESQUIRE, the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is: Suite 1200, 1000 Legions Place, Orlando, Florida 32801 on or before thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this notice, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
