NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 17th 2015, and entered in Case No. 09-022610-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2004-FRI, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-FR1, is Plaintiff and JOSEPH G.BRINKMAN, et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 17th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 41, Block 3, Oakdale Manor addition, according to the map or Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 45, Page 82-83, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 2836 Hickory Ln, Largo, FL 33770
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
