NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 18th day of February, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13007662CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A., F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, NA, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK ONE, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR ASSET BACKED FUNDING CORPORATION MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATE, SERIES 2003-WF1 is the Plaintiff and KERRY JONES; GARRY JONES and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 6th day of April, 2015, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNDIVIDED ONE HALF INTEREST IN AND TO LOT 4, GENTLE SLOPE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
