NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 10, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 14-001302-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and JOHN L. KROMER, JR.; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on the 23rd day of April 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
