NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 10, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 14-004055-CI-8 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, f/k/a THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-7B, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-7B c/o Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, LEGATEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES OR OTHER PERSONS OR ENTITIES CLAIMING BY OR THROUGH ELEANOR M. EARLEY, a/k/a ELEANOR EARLEY, DECEASED, et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on the 23RD day of April 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
