NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 20, 2015, entered in Case No. 10-016772-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee in Trust for the Registered Holders of Park Place Securities, Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-WLL1 is the Plaintiff and Dianna Heeter; Ron Heeter; Fictitious Spouse of Dianna Heeter; Fictitious Spouse of Ron Heeter; Unknown Tenant Occupant; Et Al are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 6th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK C, UNIT 7 OF SKYCREST SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 18 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF THE PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
