NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10-003006-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and Deborah Gregory, et. al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 15th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 4, BUILDING C, GOLDEN GATE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4909, PAGE 208 THROUGH 267 INCLUSIVE, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 71 THROUGH 74, AND AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 8, AND RE-RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 7 THROUGH 9, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 3910 44th Street N #C4, St. Petersburg, FL 33714
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
