You are hereby notified that an action to foreclose a mortgage lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 13, Block A, Seabrooke, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 104, Pages 46 through 49, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Michael C. Caborn, Esquire, Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman, P.A., Plaintiffs' attorney, whose address is 390 N. Orange Avenue, Suite 1500, Orlando, Florida 32801, on or before 4-20-15, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorneys or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
See §49.09, Fla.Stat. This Notice of Action shall be published once during each week for two (2) consecutive weeks under §49.10(c), Fla. Stat.
