NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 8, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-002706 CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and LYNN T. NGUYEN A/K/A LYNN THI NGUYEN; TUNG KIM YO; CASSANDRA L. MEIER SCHWANDT; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on April 9, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13 OF SECTION 4, MICHIGAN HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
