NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 20, 2015, entered in Case No. 13-003533-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Christiana Trust, a Division of Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not in its Individual Capacity but as Trustee of ARLP Trust 2 is the Plaintiff and Thomas A. Canizares a/k/a Canizares A. Thomas a/k/a Tom Canizares a/k/a T.A. Canizares; Unknown Spouse of Thomas A. Canizares a/k/a Canizares A. Thomas a/k/a Tom Canizares a/k/a T.A. Canizares; Katie L. Hussman a/k/a Katie Hussman a/k/a K. Hussman; Unknown Spouse of Katie L. Hussman a/k/a Katie Hussman a/k/a K. Hussman; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under or against the herein named individual defendants who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants; ; Unknown Tenant(s) in Possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 6th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 81, COUNTRYSIDE TRACT 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGES 57 AND 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
