NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 20, 2015, entered in Case No. 10-017614-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee for the Registered Holders of IMH Assets Corp., Collateralized Asset-Backed Bonds, Series 2005-1 is the Plaintiff and Pedro Jimenez; Bank of America, NA; Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Michelle M. Ortiz; Unknown Spouse of Pedro Jimenez; Any and all Unknown Parties Claiming by, through, under, or against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or Claimants; whose name is fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 6th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 3 OF SIRMONS ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE(S) 30 AND 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
