NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 20, 2015, entered in Case No. 13-002344-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Ventures Trust 2013-I-H-R by MCM Capital Partners, LLC, its trustee is the Plaintiff and Michelle Caruso; Unknown Spouse of Michelle Caruso; Unknown Parties in Possession #1, if living,and all Unknown Parties claiming by, through, under and against the above named Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said Unknown Parties may claim an interest as Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other claimants ; Unknown Parties in Possession #2, if living,and all Unknown Parties claiming by, through, under and against the above named Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said Unknown Parties may claim an interest as Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other claimants ; Unknown Tenants are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 6th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK E, DUNEDIN MANOR FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 64, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
