NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-004231-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and RICHARD M. MESSIEO A/K/A RICHARD M. MESSINEO; VICKI MESSINEO A/K/A VICKY MESSINEO; MARIA C. VAFIADIS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIA C. VAFIADIS N/K/A NICK VAFIADIS; VILLAS OF BEACON GROVES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JOHN DOE, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 13th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14-D, OF VILLAS OF BEACON GROVES- UNIT I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 84, PAGE 24 AND 25 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
