NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-001622-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2007-1,MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, is Plaintiff and KENDAL LANGFORD; PELICAN HOMES, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 13th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 13, PASADENA HEIGHTS ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 84 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
