NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-007741-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BRANCH BANKING & TRUST COMPANY, ASSIGNEE OF THE FDIC, AS RECEIVER FOR COLONIAL BANK, is Plaintiff and BAREFOOT BEACH RESORT OF INDIAN SHORES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, A FLORIDA NOT FOR PROFIT CORPORATION; TEDC, LLC., A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 13th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT E-207, BAREFOOT BEACH RESORT OF INDIAN SHORES, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 138, PAGE, 1ET SEQ. AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 14472 PAGE 560 ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
