Unit No. 103, Building 10, WINDING CREEK III, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 34, Pages 99-101, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4864, Page 1782, et seq., Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto. With the following street address: 2400 Winding Creek Boulevard, Unit 103, Clearwater, FL 33761.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on April 13, 2015.
