NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 27 February, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-003579-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Concord Village South Condominium Association No. 3, Inc., GTE Federal Credit Union, Kimberly J. Fincher, Megan Jan O'Brien, Sean Patrick O'Brien, Tamara Gayheart, William Kelley O'Brien, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 13th of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 106, CONCORD VILLAGE SOUTH NO. 3, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4124 PAGE 1237, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 99 THROUGH 107, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
