NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Lot 79, WESTCHESTER LAKE TOWNHOMES, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 107, Pages 3 through 12, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 2644 Sabal Springs Drive, #2, Clearwater, Florida, 33761.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 1, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
