NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 6, 2015, entered in Case No. 09-002991-CI-33 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein BIEL REO, LLC, is Plaintiff, and ITI INVESTMENT, LLC, a Florida limited liability company; SWAN LANDING DEVELOPMENT, LLC, a Florida limited liability company; COLLEGE LANDINGS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation; REZA YAZDANI, an individual; and JOHN DOE and JANE DOE, as unknown tenants in possession of the subject property, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock, A.M. on APRIL 10, 2015, the following:
