NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 24, 2015 in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County Florida, Ken Burke, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:
Unit 234, Audobon Condominium At Feather Sound, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Record Book 18652, Page 1025, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and any amendments thereto.
for cash in an Online Sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on April 13, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
