Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated February 17, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 13-005358-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein RBS CITIZENS, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and JEFFREY B. DAUM, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 47, WILSHIRE ESTATE II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 77, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 21st day of April, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
