NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 29, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-007042, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP 2005-RS9 is the Plaintiff, and SHAWN STROBELE A/K/A SHAWN SCOTT STROBELE; CRISTY N. STROBELE A/K/A CHRISTY NICOL STROBELE A/K/A CRISTY STROBELE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHAWN STROBELE A/K/A SHAWN SCOTT STROBELE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CRISTY N. STROBELE A/K/A CHRISTY NICOL STROBELE A/K/A CHRISTY STROBELE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 THROUGH #4; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, UNKNOWN TENANT #3, UNKNOWN TENANT #4, THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IS POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on April 13, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 59, LAUREL OAK WOODS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGE 101, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
