NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 20th day of April, 2015, at 10:00 AM, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
Condominium Apartment Unit 148, TRADEWINDS, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 20, Pages 114, 115 and 116, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4270, Pages 1023 to 1063, as Instrument No. 76033668, modified in Official Records Book 4274, Page 934, as Instrument No. 75039232, and in Official Records Book 4277, Page 944, as Instrument No. 75043738, and amended in Official Records Book 4416, Page 250, as Instrument No. 76076685; Official Records Book 4803, Page 2006, as Instrument No. 79010305, Official Records Book 4915, Page 793, as Instrument No. 79159409; and in Official Records Book 5291, Page 134, as Instrument No. 81203649, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
