NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 17, 2015, and entered in 14-002095-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein 360 MORTGAGE GROUP, LLC is the Plaintiff and ERIC S. WOLF; THE TOWNHOMES OF LAKE SEMINOLE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TOWNHOMES OF LAKE SEMINOLE CONDOMINIUM NO. 5, ASSOCIATION, INC.; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 07, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 179, BUILDING 29, OF TOWNHOMES OF LAKE SEMINOLE NO. 5, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 66 THROUGH 70, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5159, AT PAGE 1100, AND ALL SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
