NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2014, and entered in 09-021354-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES, INC., ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-R12 is the Plaintiff and LARRY J. SAMS; CHRISTINE M. ALMOND; LVNV FUNDING LLC, ASSIGNEE OF SEARS; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A CAPITAL ONE BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A JOSEPH TINCHER are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 09, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, IN BLOCK “C”, OF STEPHENSON MANOR UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, ON PAGES 17 AND 18 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
