NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 13, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2013-9027-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD BANK, AN OHIO BANKING CORPORATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO FIFTH THIRD BANK, A MICHIGAN BANKING CORPORATION SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO RG CROWN BANK is Plaintiff and HEATHER A DROSEA/K/A HEATHER DROSE, RANDOLPH W DROSEA/K/A RANDOLPH DROSE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 14th day of April, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 12, HUGH B. HATCH SUBDIVISION, according to the Map or Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 11, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; run thence S89°53`05”E, along the North line of said Lot 12, for 379.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue S89°53`05”E for 167.00 feet; thence S00°23`25”E, for 128.99 feet; thence N89°38`41”W, for 167.00 feet; thence N00°23`38”W, for 128.27 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Together with an easement for purposes of Ingress and Egress over and across the following described parcel of land:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 12, HUGH B. HATCH SUBDIVISION, according to the Map or Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 11, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, for a Point of Commencement; thence S00°24`07”E, along the West boundary of said Lot 12, a distance of 126.62 feet, said point being the Point of Beginning; thence S89°38`41”E, a distance of 713.50 feet; thence N00°23`40”W, a distance of 20.00 feet; thence N89°38`41”W, a distance of 713.52 feet; thence S00°24`07 “E, a distance of 20.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; said Tract lying in Section 12, Township 28 South, Range 15 East, of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
