NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 27, 2015 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-000595 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A is Plaintiff and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN A SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, INTEREST OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EARNEST M. WINSTON; AMITY TOMMILA, EARNEST WINSTON, TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, TENANT #4, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 13th day of April, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 18, Block 2, Lewis Island, Section One, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 36, Page 60 through 62, of hte Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
