NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 2014-003084-CI, in which INVERSE ASSET FUND, LLC, is Plaintiff, and William Rivera; Maria Rivera; CSGA, LLC; LVNV Funding, LLC; Wells Fargo Bank SD, N.A.; Grand Reserve Property Owner VEF VI, LLC; Midland Funding, LLC and Nicholas Panos, Defendants, the Clerk of Court for Pinellas County, Florida will sell the following described property situated in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 21, Block A, Fairlawn Park Unit Three, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 53, Page(s) 13, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 am on the 13th day of April, 2015, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
