NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated March 9, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2012-CA-013574, DIVISION: 19, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff, and SAM A. MANIOTES; DEBORAH C. COOK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SAM A. MANIOTES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEBORAH C. COOK; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; LVNV FUNDING, LLC; CITIBANK, N.S. F/K/A CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A.; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA) N.A.; RAHDERT, STEELE, REYNOLDS & UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 13th day of April, 2015 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 22, THIRD ADDITION TO LONE PALM BEACH, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
