NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2015, entered in Case No. 11-010006-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Chateau Bayonne Condominium Association, Inc.; Critical System Solutions LLC; Feather Pointe Association, Inc.; Kevin J. Thompson a/k/a Kevin Thompson ; Patti O. Thompson a/k/a Patti Thompson; Unknown Tenant(s); Unknown Tenant 1; Unknown Tenant 2; USAA Federal Savings Bank are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 307, OF CHATEAU BAYONNE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5349, PAGE 1466, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 60, PAGE 71, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
