NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 26 February, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-000435-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Patricia A. Solomon also known as Patricia Solomon, SunTrust Bank, Tenant #1 N/K/A Doug Sanders, The Unknown Spouse of Patricia A. Solomon also known as Patricia Solomon, Wittner Centres, Inc. f/k/a Wittner Securities, Inc. d/b/a Wittner Centre Partners a/k/a Wittner Centre Partners, LLP, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 14th of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
