AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2006-4 is the Plaintiff and HEIDI L. LEE A/K/A HEIDI LYNN TIBBETTS A/K/A HEIDI L. TIBBETTS; DENVER LEE A/K/A DENVER M. K. LEE; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWHEQ INC., CWHEQ REVOLVING HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-F; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 4/17/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
