NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of this Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County Florida, described as:
Lot 14, BELLE MEADE SUBDIVISION, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 27, Page 55, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 10:00 a.m., on the 8th day of May, 2015, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
