HOLMES; THERESA LLOYD; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, A FLORIDA MUNICIPAL CORPORATION; BENEFICIAL FLORIDA, INC., A DELAWARE PROFIT CORPORATION; STATE OF FLORIDA, are the Defendants, the HON. Ken Burke, Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, Florida will sell the property located in Pinellas county, Florida to the highest and best bidder for cash.
