NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-014074 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2007-AR6 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AR6, Plaintiff, and, BELLINO, ROBERT, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 13th day of April, 2015, the following described property:
LOT 122, COUNTRY GROVE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 85, PAGE 64, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
