NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 13-002154-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIAITON, Plaintiff, and, FERNANDEZ, ELISE, et. al., are Defendants, clerk Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 13th day of April, 2015, the following described property:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 28 , HARBOR CLUB, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 14638, PAGE 532, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
