NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, will on the 14th day of April, 2015, at 11:00 AM, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Orange County, Florida:
BEGIN AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 8, KINGS COVE, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 39, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE RUN SOUTH 89°40'46” EAST, ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 8 A DISTANCE OF 52.79 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 05°29'33” WEST 70.26 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 25°35'07” WEST 47.13 FEET TO THE POINT BEING ON A CURVE CONCAVE SOUTHERLY AND HAVING A RADIUS OF 50.00 FEET; THENCE FROM A TANGENT BEARING OF NORTH 71°09'26” WEST RUN WESTERLY ALONG THE ARC OF SAID CURVE AND SAID RIGHT OF WAY LINE 19.42 FEET THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 22°15'48” TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 8; THENCE NORTH 03°25'14” WEST 110.34 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
