MAGDALENO; SILVIA MAGDALENO; JORGE MAGDALENO A/K/A JORGE L. MAGDALENO; MARIA MAGDALENO; WATERFORD TRAILS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A PIOTR YABLONSKY, and TENANT #2 N/K/A NADIA YABLONSKY are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 4/21/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
