MORGAN MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-A3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, BY PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION AS SERVICER WITH DELEGATED AUTHORITY UNDER THE TRANSACTION DOCUMENTS is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL KNOX; ANDREA MIGUEZ; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; BELMERE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 4/16/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
