NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 2, 2015, and entered in Case NO. 48-2013-CA-007006-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and SANDRA HOWER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SANDRA HOWER N/K/A ANTONIO BOLIVEY; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; TIVOLI GARDENS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 4/21/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
